Goalie Academy Philosophy
Our program is based upon improving each goaltender’s balance, hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, agility, flexibility, basic technique and overall knowledge of the goaltending position. Goaltending is a highly specialized & very important position, involving many physical and mental aspects. At Sport International we recognize the importance of individualized goaltending training & we strive to improve goalies of all skill levels and ultimately assist each player in achieving their goals in a fun and challenging manner. |
