SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit would be credited towards the following summer. In extreme cases a refund may be issued, but a $100.00 administration fee would be implemented.

WINTER CLINIC CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit would be credited towards our upcoming summer program. There will be no refunds for Clinic programs.

SUMMER CAMP ORIENTATION TIME: All students are expected to meet on the Sunday evening prior to their scheduled week, at 7:00 PM. Your camp orientation will be held at our host arena. Please bring your helmet to orientation (helmet tag). Thank you for your cooperation.

WINTER CLINIC ORIENTATION TIME: All students are expected to meet on their first day of clinic, 45 minutes prior to their scheduled ice time. Your clinic orientation will be held at our host arena. Please bring full equipment! Thank you for your cooperation.

7% Very Early Bird Discount (Full Payment Required), By December 31/09

5% Early Bird Discount (Full Payment Required), By March 15/2010

5% Family Discount (2 or more family members) - Must be sent together!

7% Group Discount (7 or more players in a group) - Must be mailed/faxed together!
